To apply this patch:

  1. Move snow_leopard_tools.tgz to the rosetta_source directory (mv snow_leopard_tools.tgz /path/to/rosetta_source/).
  2. Go to the rosetta_source directory (cd /path/to/rosetta_source).
  3. Extract the tar file (tar -zxvf snow_leopard_tools.tgz).


Rosetta 3.1 Patch for Enzyme Design integration test (command example) - Optional (62KB)

To apply this patch:

  1. Move enzdes.tgz to the rosetta_source directory (mv enzdes.tgz /path/to/rosetta_source/).
  2. Go to the rosetta_source directory (cd /path/to/rosetta_source).
  3. Extract the tar file (tar -zxvf enzdes.tgz).
