libRosetta Users Guide

Integrating libRosetta into Rosetta will allow existing subsystems to migrate to take advantage of libRosetta to lower their complexity and improve their reliability and maintainability, and in some cases to make it practical to add new capabilities. It is not yet clear exactly how the integrated interface will look although we expect subsystems will obtain libRosetta structures from Pose objects. But we can look at how those sources can be adapted to work with libRosetta.
